The after-sales organization of this company, mainly supplies (spare) parts and services to the after-market.
TASKS
The purchase of goods, materials and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets. You are the interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding purchasing activities and will need to monitor and advise on any risks or opportunities you come across.
The creation of purchase orders and order schedules including requests for quotation, (RFoQ) are important elements in your task, as well as the handling of deliveries, contracts and dealing with customer complaints. You therefore need to help and support stakeholders on any procurement related issues they come across on a daily basis. Finally it is expected that you prepare reports and updates when required.
YOUR PROFILE
MBO degree or similar working level obtained in practice
at least 3 years operational procurement experience in a technical environment
teamplayer, service oriented
good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
command of both English and Dutch
