Company manufacturing large structures, Dordrecht region.
The after-sales organization of this company, supplying (spare) parts, engineering for conversions and renovations and asset management services has the intention to create an internet platform to support the after-sales business. The platform will mainly provide access to a spare parts catalogue.
TASKS (POSITION 1)
Assist in the building of an online platform for the sale of spare parts:
write the functional description of the Procure to Pay process, and implement this in the ERP system
onboard suppliers, based on your RFQ’s and quotations from the suppliers,
enrich supplier and product data.
The expected launch is November 1st 2018.
TASKS (POSITION 2)
For off-line business, update the ERP system with Supplier Agreements.
create and describe business rules, work instructions
draw the Purchasing & Master Data processes
enrich Product and Supplier Data in the ERP system,
based on your RFQ’s and quotations from suppliers (supporting the proposal / calculation team).
Bachelor’s degree or similar working level obtained in practice
analytical and well-organized
sound experience with ERP systems (probably as key- or super-user)
at least 5 years procurement experience (NDA, Agreements, etc)
teamplayer, good stakeholder management
good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
excellent command of both English and Dutch
End: probably appr. one month after the expected launch of the platform, i.e. 1 December 2018
