This family business has 2 branches one near Huizen (NH) with 45 employees and one in Dubai with over 100 employees. The company manufactures and supplies carpet, passenger seats, tables and parts thereof for the aerospace sector – airlines, as well as manufacturers such as Safran, Collins aerospace.
Plastics, injection molding, textiles, leather and metals are used for production.
To supply the aerospace sector, the company holds EASA certifications in the areas of Design (21J), Production (21G) and Maintenance (part-145). These are crucial to the company. In addition, the company is AS9100 certified, similar to ISO9100 but for the aerospace sector.
Branch office near Huizen
Small series are mainly produced in the Huizen area plant, larger series in Dubai.
The organization consists of 18 people in production, besides finance, sales and operations. Operations includes planning, logistics, work preparation, a quality manager, one buyer and project management.
Ridder is used as main business application.
Quality
The current QA/QC engineer has been with the company for 35 years, manages 4 engineers and, due to the growth of the company, needs a QA/QC assistant who he will train himself.
You will be involved in ensuring that quality guidelines are followed within the organization, by writing manuals, by training operations employees (on the job) and by supervising these.
A “safety management system” is in place within the company. You will do quality control of incoming and outgoing goods, e.g. in the form of document control, by fire testing, etc.
You will support annual audits by ILT (a government agency), maintain quality manuals and consult with ILT on these.
Naturally, you will receive proper training on the job.

- MBO+ level, preferably a technical education
- Preferably Quaity (e.g. QC) experience in a manufacturing environment
- Accurate
- You live in or near ‘t Gooi
- Good command of English and Dutch.

- A salary of max. €4,000 gross/month, depending on experience and education

- Commuting allowance
- Deta/fixed : you will be employed by xentys for the first 12 months. If you perform well, you will then join the client on a permanent basis
- After 6 months, you start accruing pension.
