How quickly will I get a reply?
Always within one working day. Enquiries received before 15:00 usually get a reply the same day. Outside office hours you can leave a voicemail or an email; we will have read everything by 09:00 the next morning.
Do candidates pay for your services?
No. Candidates never pay for a conversation with xentys, for applying to a role or for an introduction to an employer.
Will my CV be shared without my permission?
No. We only share your CV with a client after we have discussed the assignment with you and you have given your permission.
I'm hiring a buyer. How does the process work?
We start with a short intake about the role, the team and the urgency. We then search and screen, and you receive a targeted shortlist of 3 to 5 procurement professionals.
Which sectors are you active in?
We focus on procurement and supply chain roles in four sectors: industry and manufacturing, construction and infrastructure, offshore and energy, and high-tech.
