Based on our detailed knowledge of the labor market for buyers and our network, we are able to find the right candidates and enthuse them to apply. Recruit needed a buyer with technical expertise.
Sophisticated technique developed over 25 years that includes a series of questions that reveal the essence of the candidate. This in-depth conversation gauges not only professional competence but also personal motivations and cultural match, ensuring a placement that stands the test of time.
From applications received, the CV is evaluated. Candidates who meet key requirements are interviewed extensively by us. Where desired/necessary, references are checked or diplomas verified. Based on this info, candidates are selected that we offer to the client. Our goal is to offer only 3 candidates. Depending on the job market, we offer suitable candidates immediately after our interview, or all at once after the final interview.
If desired, we can take a buyer seconded to us on payroll for an initial period. Upon demonstrated suitability and mutual agreement, he/she may join you.
