That's not how we're going to do it

We occasionally have candidates who we do not place for whatever reason but who have special talents. We want to collect real talent in a talent pool with which we actively seek a good match.

We can only do that on a very limited scale, and so we do it for a very selective group of people who we are convinced have a really special talent. Purely on personal assessment, people we think we can make a company happy with.

For me, those are quite often engineering hyper specialists such as, for example, a talented composite engineer who does technical design and calculation of composite structures. Little demand in the market and if you are looking for one you cannot find one because it is very difficult work. I will first teach him how to make his CV readable and then approach those 10 companies in the Netherlands that need this expertise in a very targeted way. For that, you need to be able to understand the expertise and make the link to a potentially interested party. It may so happen that you then get a call from one of us asking: am I doing you a favor with this? If we do our job well, the answer is more often yes than no.
