You are the face of xentys but also your own brand. You will build your own network of candidates and interim workers.
You look for and find them for solid positions (especially from €60K salary), so they are generally professionals. Then you approach them (by phone, social media, email) to generate interest in the job you are working on so that they want to send you an application. This means you need to have a good understanding of the content of what your client (the company) does and what the job posting entails.
You will conduct interviews with your selected candidates based on tight protocol so that you appear professional. We are going to educate/train you in this, including through training on-the-spot by your colleagues, as well as in weekly master class sessions, focused on companies, industries, procurement and supply chain. This makes you as a recruiter an increasingly valuable interlocutor not only for candidates, but also for clients. And that is necessary for successful placements. After placement, you will keep in touch with clients and with your placed candidates.
-
It is important that you have your records in tip-top order, so that you know exactly who you approached, with what story and what you agreed to.
You will also look for new and smarter ways to recruit candidates, together with our IT experts.
When you are a little further along in your development, you will set up a business plan for a new activity (we have the ideas for that on the shelf) and so you will build and run your own little limited liability company within xentys. Or you might go more in the sales direction to win new clients and assignments.
You are also expected to give space to your creativity by engaging in marketing activities: SEO, organizing a webinar or an online challenge, maintaining a blog, newsletters, etc.
You are eager to learn; therefore, when you start, we will work with you to create a tailor-made development plan for you.
