Large housing corporation in southern North Holland.
Tasks
- You will focus on the tactical and strategic procurement of IT and Real Estate
- You will do tenders, from preparation to final award and capture contracts (there is no EU tender requirement).
- You provide input for improvement of procurement processes
- You prepare procurement plans in collaboration with internal customers
- You manage the supplier relationship based on supplier performance and adjust where necessary
- In short, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process, including contract management.
Your profile
- Strategic procurement experience in procurement within real estate and IT categories
- Helicopter view, able to bring complex issues to a successful conclusion
- Experience with procurement/supplier systems such as Mercell is a plus.
- Communication strong and good at stakeholder management.
Offer
- Initial contract term of 6 months, with option to extend
- Rate: €80/hour incl. w/w traffic
- First contract term you will work entirely in the office
- Full-time, 4 days/week is an option.
