Purchasing Department
You will join a dynamic and close-knit purchasing team consisting of five buyers of various levels(operational, tactical, strategic). Under the leadership of a committed purchasing manager, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and expand your expertise. The team works continuously on process improvement and automation, and your ideas and input are valued.
Function
Are you an ambitious buyer with a passion for improving processes? In this role as a tactical buyer, you will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills within a dynamic team. You will manage tactical purchasing categories such as tools, building materials and logistics. You will receive intensive coaching to get you started. We are looking for someone with already some experience in procurement, but especially with the motivation to grow in an innovative environment. Your development is important. Therefore, our client provides a thorough induction program and there are plenty of opportunities to continue to develop yourself. You will receive extensive support from your manager, the current buyer and all the tools to be successful.
Your profile
- Technical background
- Experience with procurement within the modular construction or other manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Strong negotiator, communication skills
- Experience in both tactical and operational procurement tasks.
- Accurate and detail-oriented (crucial for managing inventory and preventing production interruptions)
- Proactive, able to see and implement improvement opportunities
- Good command of Dutch language
Offer
- Salary up to €70,000 depending on knowledge and experience obv 40 hours per week
- 25 vacation days + 6 ATV
- Good pension with a 10.16% co-payment
