- Internship: create and detail design for recruitment, deployment and training of young technical buyers for industry -> business case and plan of action, followed by implementation
- Focused on personal growth of the young buyers, e.g., by gaining purchasing experience at different companies in a trainee-like program. With good guidance from his manager (the client) + regular training by xentys, organized by you
- Ingredients for the trainee: good supervision, training and therefore personal growth.
