We are a niche player with a PMC (Product Market Combination) focused on recruitment for procurement and supply chain positions at professional and management level, both temporary and permanent, mainly in the Netherlands and in industry and offshore. We automate everything that can be automated and are at the forefront when it comes to the application of AI, SEO, etc. 

Your role

Until recently, we had an IT and marketing expert working for us who has embarked on a new adventure.  You will assume his position and be the linchpin in everything related to IT, process automation and digital marketing (a.o. SEO). 

Your tasks will be: 

• first point of contact for our central application and the other applications we use, and full responsibility for their use/usability and optimization
• determine how we can further apply AI in our daily work 
• analyse data (Google Analytics, among other things) and, based on this, initiate adjustments/improvements in the areas of recruitment and marketing
• develop and launch online marketing campaigns (SEO, AEO, LinkedIn, website) and email campaigns for candidates and clients. You will ensure a professional online presence (website, LinkedIn, content).
• automate and improve internal work processes.

Your profile

• You are entrepreneurial and enjoy learning, growing and achieving results. 
• You have a higher professional education or university degree and have a strong interest in both IT and online marketing (including SEO optimisation). 
• You get energy from 

• smartly designing systems and tools so that colleagues can work more efficiently and candidates and clients can find us more easily
• rolling out online marketing campaigns and improving our digital workflows 

• You combine technical knowledge with creativity.
• Good communication skills, team player.  
• You speak (at least some) Dutch.

Our offer

• Salary: max. €3,000/month (excl. 8% holiday allowance and bonus) depending on your experience
• Working hours: 40 or 32 hours per week
• Depending on the annual results, you can expect a bonus of up to one month’s salary.
